CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
Do I need to be a professional operator to visit ZEROEMISSION MEDITERRANEAN?
ZEROEMISSION MEDITERRANEAN is reserved for professionals interested in the entire production and distribution chain connected to the sectors of application and use of modules, systems, and photovoltaic technologies, wind turbines and systems, other renewables, inverters, batteries and electric storage systems, technologies for electric mobility and the electricity grid, etc.
Can children enter?
The show is a business event, and therefore – if not strictly necessary – it is forbidden to bring children under the age of 16.
Can I bring pets?
For security reasons, pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.
Is it possible to bring a trolley or luggage?
Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend leaving the trolley / luggage at the cloakroom located at the EAST Entrance (Ingresso EST).

Which address should I enter in the navigation system?
Please use the following address (visitors): “Fiera Roma – East Entrance, “Ingresso EST”, Viale Alexandre Gustav Eiffel, 00148 Ponte Galeria (RM)
Where can I find parking spaces? Are there parking spaces for the disabled?
There are over 5,000 parking spaces – subject to charges – outside the fairground. The car parks closest to the exhibition halls are “P EST”. Disabled parking spaces are located near the entrances.
Are there pitches for caravans?
A few kilometers from Fiera di Roma there are several campsites where visitors who come with a caravan can stop. No caravan can be parked on the site of the Rome exhibition centre.
Is there a shuttle service from the nearby airports or from the Rome railway station to the exhibition center?

Are there lockers at the exhibition site?
No, but you can leave your properties and baggage items in the cloakroom for a small fee anytime.
Is it possible to find a restaurant at the exhibition site?
In the halls you can find bars, cafeterias and self-service restaurants, and all the other essential services available to visitors.
Is it possible to charge mobile phones at the exhibition site?
Electrical outlets can be used for free in the halls.
Who can I contact if I lose something?
Please contact the Organizer Staff at the entrance, in the registration area or at the reception desk.
Is it possible to buy something at the fair?
No, direct/retail sales to visitors (except for food) are not permitted.
EXHIBITORS AND PRODUCTS
Where can I find information on exhibitors and their products and / or services?
In the LIST OF EXHIBITORS menu, you can find out all about the exhibiting companies and download the latest exhibitor list (continuously updated).
How can I get an admission ticket?
Just register on the event website and get the free admission ticket: REGISTRATION AND ENTRY PASS. Of course, you can also register and get the entrance ticket directly at the fair.
If I lose my ticket, what can I do?
In the confirmation e-mail you will receive with the registration, you will find a link that you can use to print the ticket again.
Can I use public transport in Rome with the exhibition ticket?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to use public transport with the event ticket.
PASSPORT VISAS
Where can I get a visa to visit the fair?
It is possible to obtain an entry visa for Italy by requesting the invitation letter to the exhibiting companies, to be attached in the accompanying documents for a visa request. Please clarify with the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country if an invitation letter from the organizers is required.
